1. Increased capacity of local staff to provide nationalised and high quality sustainable rehabilitation services for people with physical disability
2. Increased provision of rehabilitation services for people with physical disability and mobility problems
3. Communities and decision makers have a positive attitude towards people with physical and other disability
The overall objective of the action is to contribute to the reduction of poverty and increase the inclusion of people with physical disability in the social and economic life in Timor Leste.
