Support to suco council representation in district wide inter–agency planning; Enhanced the capacities of district line agency offices in participatory sectoral planning and budgeting; Established offices of the district administrator as a centre of development coordination.
Description: 

The program will contribute to strengthening collective action among suco councils and building the groundwork for greater suco representation in Timor Leste’s future decentralization framework. The program will enhance community representation and involvement in sectoral program targets and budget while creating capable development coordination centres at the district level.
Final Project Results: 

1. Data collected on current planning tools and procedures, 2. Inter-agency planning team formed, 3. two inter-agency planning team meetings held at national level including participation by five ministries, 4. Inter-sectoral manual drafted.
