Technical Assistance to the Government for the finalization of the Strategic Development Plan.
Final Project Results: 

1. Support to the Ministry of Finance for the prepartaion of the Macroeconomic Framework, the Expenditure Framework and the Financing Plan for the long-term TL Strategic Development Plan (2011 to 2030) and the finalisation of the fiscal framework following discussions with the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance


2. A technical note on proposals regarding the SDP Process in TL for the Prime Minister


3. A detailed technical note for the Prime Minister with comments on the growth and development strategy in the draft Plan, emphasising the need to focus on investing in the people, attaingin the targets embodied in the MDGs especially those relating to poverty reduction, employment generation, balanced spatial development and private sector development


4. Preparation of the medium-term Strategic Plan from 2010 to 2015 on reforms in Public Financial Management to be implemented for strengthening the Ministry of Finance, Line Ministries, Autonomous Agencies and municipalities and the preparation of short-term (2010 and 2011) Action plan for the MoF with Implementation Matrix.
