Timorese Civil Society organisation capaciy is strengthened help them address issue relating to conflict resolution and post conlict transition
The program was estabilished to support the development of dioalugue on sensitive of national issue such as justice,accountaility and reconciliation.The programe is managed by TROCAIRE and support a number of local Timorese Organization.
