A acção consiste em abordar a questão do impacto das alterações climáticas globais em Timor-Leste, utilizando os recursos naturais de forma sustentável e evitando os focos de incêndios. Desde o Reflorestamento, a criação de uma fazenda ecológica e a reabilitação dos projetos propostos criarão um ambiente natural. A Fundação São Paulo da Diocese de Díli (FSPDD) e a comunidade alvo de Dare fortalecerão a resiliência às mudanças climáticas por meio da Conservação e Utilização de Recursos Naturais d
