Expected Outcomes: 

The Short Term Training Scholarships (STTS) programme, previously known as Short Term Training Awards (STTA), has been offered by MFAT for over a decade.   Prior to 1 July 2017, two activities/PAA's were in place for the delivery of the Short-term training Scholarship programme. 

STTS supports New Zealand’s partner countries to improve human resource development priorities and their country’s development needs in areas aligned with New Zealand’s investment priorities as expressed in agreements between New Zealand and partner countries, such as Joint Commitments for Development (JCfD).
