Collaboration between public and private entities to develop the coffee sector enhanced.
The TA will help the Government of Timor-Leste and relevant sector stakeholders to prepare a national coffee sector development plan that has a strong evidence base and can be implemented through innovative partnerships between the public and private sector. The TA has been reviewed by ADB’s thematic group for agriculture and rural development, the Office of the General Counsel and other ADB departments. A comments matrix is attached. The Government of Timor-Leste has concurred with the impact, outcome, outputs, implementation arrangements, cost, financing arrangements, and terms of reference for the proposed technical assistance.
