The Project's general outcome is governance improved by promotins service delivery and participation of excluded groupa including women and youth in the prioritization and investment of key areas in the Municipalities of Baucau and Bobonaro.
Description: 

The project aims to support effective service delivery of public service delivery in Timor-Leste by suporting decentralized public administration institutions.
Final Project Results: 

The project has 2 outputs 

1. Priority areas in each municipality identified and agreed, promoting participation of women and youth trough the UNDP ARTmethodology.

2. Social impact projects desined and implemented ant the local level, improving the service delivery capactyin each pilot Municipality
