Expected Outcomes: 
  1. Enhanced capacity of NAO office, line Minister, civil society and NSA to identify, formulate and implement project financed from national and regional indicative programmes and intra ACP resources in accordance with EC rules and procedures, for procurament, contracting, accounting and reporting.
  2. Strengthened capacity of state institutional in key strategy areas of Timor-Leste and EU development pririties, including greater awareness among key stakeholders on the main issueregarding development cooperation and EU policies and strategy; improved mainstreaming of cross cutting issues; greater involvement of Timor-Leste in regional, intra-ACP and multy countries programmes; improved development partner coordination.
  3. Increased visibilty of the EU-TL cooperation and greater awareness on EU and its Member States fundamental values, history and culture.
Description: 

1. To support of the capacity of the services of the EDF NAO to manage EU-TL cooperation.

2. To provide timely & flexible financing for the technical assistance, training, seminars, events and visibility activities in line with the Goverment and EU development cooperation priorities & with a view strengthen the capacity of state istitution in key strategic areas of TL-EU development policies
Final Project Results: 

The programme has been supported number of officials government to partcipate the oversea seminars/trainings/workshop, and supported the NAO staffs cost and operating costs
