For the development of this initiative, the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has partnered with the INternational Labour Organization and DOn Bosco Training Center. Don Bosco is a vocational training institution managed by the Salesians of on Bosco, delivering a range of nationally accrediteed contruction related trahing programmes. It is Timor-Leste's only provider of roading training for businesses. ILO/Don Bosco will be the key in-country partner fo this work, and will select trainees, provide local trainers for thein the trainer support, as well as provide other support such as venue.
