This project envisaged to produce an action research design and data collection on out-of-school children and youths in Timor-Leste. Then it intends to organize a national workshop on flexible learning strategies to disseminate the knowledge and information generated in the research as well as to discuss emerging and contemporary issues on the subject matter
Promoting the right to education for its out-of-school children and youth, support will be provided to assist the Government in establishing a primary level Equivalency to Formal Education flexible learning system. the Cluster Countries will also be supported to raise public awareness on good practices through launches of the global education monitoring reports
