Description: 
  • Objective: To improve access and income opportunities for rural communities through rehabilitation and maintenance of rural roads by trained contractors.
  • The ERA seeks to improve access to rural areas through rehabilitation & maintenance of 150 km rural roads in selected districts of Timor-Leste using a labour-based approach.
  • ERA further aims to establish private sector capacities in contract management and training delivery.
