Deskrisaun: 

Timor-Leste has requested assistance from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to help coordinate capacity development and investment planning across infrastructure and to mobilize financial resources needed for infrastructure investment. The technical assistance (TA) will respond to this request by helping Timor-Leste prepare and begin implementation of a long-term strategic plan for its Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communication(MPWTC) to improve delivery of sustainable roads, bridges, water sanitation, and power infrastructure.
