The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries' capacity if strengthened to coordinate, champion and advocate for Zero Hunger in the CPLP countries in his capacity as Chair of the CPLP Council for Food Security and Nutrition (CONSAN-CPLP).

Description: 

The project will provide for FAO technical services, consultants and a study tour of Brazil needed for achieving the above mentioned results.

Final Project Results: 

1. PAN-HAM-TIL is operational, with an integrated plan and budget and implementation reports for KONSSANTIL.

2. CONSAN-CPLP effectively presided over by an informed and connected chair.
