Description: 

The objective is to help develop the institutional and technical capacity for the telecommunications regulator (Autoridade Nacional de Communicações (ANC)) to oversee Timor-Leste's recently-liberalized telecommunications sector. The intermediate outcomes are:

Improved legal competencies of the ANC; Improved technical and economic competencies of the ANC.
