To stabilize the power services in Dili, by restoring or improving operational efficiency, reliability, safety and availability of power supply, and to promote long-term sustainability of the power sector.

Number of additional transformers installed. KM of additional LV lines on which conductor size upgraded. KM of exixting LV lines on which conductor size upgraded. Number of customers on which revenue meters installed in accordance with theft resistance standard. Annual energy savings (MWh) implied by the number of CFLs distributed to customers.
